Setting: The world is much like our own. Modern times with way too many humans and unbelievable technology. There are a few differences, such as the existence of vampires, lycanthropes and other creatures that were thought to be fictional. These creatures live in the shadows for the most part. Most humans don't know that they're no longer at the top of the food chain. Typically only vampires kill to eat while lycanthropes mostly kill for pleasure. However, there are some who simply wish to live a relatively normal life. Some humans have noticed the activities of these night predators and took up weapons against them. They are hunters who work in secret to go after the creatures who have committed the crime of killing someone. Then there are the humans who work for or belong to the supernatural. Not all are willing and are merely victims - bound to their master through blood, pain and fear. Some may have never known any other life as they were taken when they were too young to remember. They are called blood dolls - a walking feast for their vampire masters.
It isn't very common but sometimes there is a child born of two species. Should they be born of human and vampire, they will be daywalkers - capable of withstanding the harsh rays of the sun. While they would be required to drink blood, they can go longer between feedings. And if a child of human and lycanthrope be born, they will be born as a lycanthrope. No child has ever been born of vampire and lycanthrope - it has never been attempted in recorded history or has never succeeded. Though some do believe that the vampires who can control an animal species that someone in their bloodline did have a child with a lycanthrope.
Then there are the experiments. While some humans seek to put a stop to the killers, others are interested in harnessing their power through experimentation. They have secret labs all over the world where they have captured a variety of supernatural creatures and kidnapped children as test subjects. Several vampires and lycanthropes have been made in these labs but hardly ever see the light of day as they attempt to control them as soldiers. Sometimes these experiments have driven a subject mad until there was nothing human left in them.

Lilith is a werewolf and not a willing one. This means she transforms on the full moon, into a full wolf. One wouldn't be able to tell her from a real wolf if they just looked at her. Only an individual with an enhanced sense of smell would be able to tell that she wasn't quite an actual wolf. In this form she has enhanced smell, sight and hearing - more than an actual wolf. Lilith can't talk in this form nor can she change back until the moon has gone down. Clothing must be discarded before the transformation takes place or she will be a wolf running around in human clothing. A dead-giveaway to her status as a werewolf.
There is a possibility that with practice Lilith will be able to transform at will, even when the moon isn't full. Or she could simply take on some physical aspects of the wolf - ears, tail or claws. Should she wish she could also not transform on the full moon if she wanted. However, she hasn't yet trained these abilities and is a ways from perfecting this ability.
One thing Lilith can do is concentrate to enhance other things - such as her hearing, vision or smell. She would be able to pick up on distant or quiet sounds, faint scents and be capable of seeing in the dark. Hearing further and seeing in the dark do require concentration while picking up scents comes a little more naturally to her. Another thing that comes naturally is her enhanced healing capabilities. If she's injured, the wound will heal quickly. A scratch or bruise would heal almost instantaneously while something like a broken bone would require for it to be put back into place. She can no longer get sick no matter what the illness might be. (Some items from other people's worlds may have an effect on her, though.) The weather doesn't affect her as much as it might someone else. It could be below freezing and Lilith would be fine without a coat for hours. Same goes for extreme heat.
She can create another werewolf by biting someone while she's in wolf-form but she keeps her humanity in this state so chances that it will never happen. Vampires from her world are capable of creating bonds with werewolves which can lengthen a werewolf's life but that's another thing Lilith won't readily do.
